A great wine lists needs a variety of wines to match the variety of needs that our Guests have. I believe a small production of hand-made artisan wines are important to a great wine list. Ryan Waugh makes these kind of wines. He’s involved in the vinyards from the very beginning of the year through the time the wine is in bottle. His commitment is obvious in the finished product. He makes only 250 cases of chardonnay a year, roughly 5 barrels , and we sell it at Ocean Prime by the glass. On your next visit indulge in a glass of Waugh chardonnay.
